This October half-term children living in Surrey are being invited to attend free kids’ bike workshops at their local Halfords branch.
The workshops will be taking place at Halfords shops across the UK on Wednesday, 26th October 2016.
The sessions (worth £10) are aimed at children aged 7 – 11 years and are geared towards teaching kids how to take care of their bikes without help from mum or dad.
Each one-off workshop will show children the basics of bicycle maintenance, from fixing a puncture and checking tyre pressure to adjusting their saddle.
On top of this valuable learning experience, every child will also take home a free goody bag filled with essential bike supplies, including a tool kit, a wrist slap-wrap, discount voucher and a certificate.
Where are the free kids’ bike workshops being held?
The workshops are going to be held at 430 Halfords shops across country. The following Surrey towns and cities will be taking part:
- Croydon, Purley Way
- Croydon, Windmill Road
- Kingston Upon Thames
- New Malden
